Fierce Friday: Jesse Metcalfe in Flaunt Magazine (May 2014 issue)

In the latest issue of ‘Flaunt’ magazine, ‘Dallas’ hottie Jesse Metcalfe shared his plan now that he is in his 30s.

Here’s what he had to share in his cover story: “I’m definitely looking for the right vehicle. I’m at a crossroads in my career. I feel like I’ve only shown part of myself. Being in your 30s is such an interesting time because society has a lot of expectations for you—to settle down into yourself, have kids. For a lot of us in the arts, it’s about the journey. I’m not ready to settle down. I’ve just started living. I’ve just started exploring myself as an artist.”

Jack & Finn Harries (Born May 13, 1993) On YouTube, they are known as JacksGap which is an English-owned channel. The channel started as a project for Jack Harries, during his gap year, hence the name JacksGap. However over time Jack's identical twin, Finn Harries, featured in more and more videos, because, after introducing Finn for the first time, JacksGap's number of subscribers nearly doubled. Finn is now the co-owner of the channel.

Fierce Friday: Nolan Gerard Funk for Da Man Magazine (April 2014 issue)

TIME TO FUNK. Hollywood’s in-demand actor Nolan Gerard Funk gushes about his Versace campaign shoot, a lesson from the erotic-thriller “The Canyons” and his darkest film yet

Nolan Funk shows off his masculinity with his buff guns for a feature in Da Man magazine’s April/May 2014 issue, out on newsstands now!

Here’s what the 27-year-old Canadian actor had to share with the mag:

On fashion: “For me, fashion is character. It expresses different sides of being a man. I go from under the radar ‘don’t notice me’ to ‘F you rebel yell.’ Then if I want to be classic, I go for a suit. I think a suit shows respect.”

On playing Hunter Clarington on Glee: “Glee was sort of a “meant-to-be” type of thing. I was actually supposed to fly out to Canada, but I delayed my flight. I received a last-minute call—a day before, I think—to come in for Glee. Robert Ulrich and Alex Newman, the casting directors, had been trying to get me on the show for a while but there wasn’t a role that was the right fit. Finally, when I came in, Robert took the time to really work on the material. I sang ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ and ‘Rebel Yell.’”

On taking a musical path in the future: “I love music and I’ve missed making music in my life. So, hopefully the right acting or music opportunity will arise. I think there is this fear we have as all actors have, that if you put your music out there, it’s hard to be believable in your roles because people will know you too well as one thing. This is honestly the main reason why I’ve never dropped a record. But we live in a world where all the rules are changing, so you never know what I might decide to do.”

Fierce Friday: Logan Lerman for Interview Magazine (April 2014 issue)

Laying shirtless and relaxed between a naked woman’s open legs, Logan Lerman has come of age in the Interview magazine’s April 2014 issue.

Here are some of what Logan had to share with the mag:

On acting in sex scenes: “I just did my first one. It really wasn’t that bad. I had built it up to be so much more than it was. I kept psyching myself out. But then, you stick to the script, and it’s a character, so it’s a lot easier.”

On becoming an actor: “I was kind of guided into acting by my mom, and as a kid, I did it for fun. It was just a way to get out of school. But then I grew this great passion for film and really appreciated the position that I was in, and I was like, ‘I’m going to start acting.’ I started doing roles and working with people that I really respected and became passionate about the art form of acting.”
