Tasty Crushie Tuesday: Yoo Seung-ho

Yoo Seung-ho (유승호, born 17 August 1993) is a South Korean actor.

Yoo made his film debut in The Way Home and his drama debut in Daddy Fish. Then he went onto television dramas Love Letter, Sad Love Story and The Legend where he played teenager Damdeok.

In 2008, Yoo Seung Ho participated in the I Love Asia Project along with other celebrities such as Park Jin-Young, Jackie Chan, Wonder Girls, Jang Nara, Wheesung and many others to support the 2008 Sichuan earthquake.

He was featured in T-ara's music video "Lies" in early 2009 and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon & The One's music video for the song titled "Like The Stars" which was released on 17 November 2010. Also, in 2010, he and IU sang a duet together called "Believe In Love" for a popular Korean charity show, Love Request, where he had gone to the slums of India and witnessed their living conditions. The duet was written with reference to the diary that Yoo Seung Ho had written while he was overseas.

In 2010, Yoo was cast in the role of Baek-hyun in KBS Master of Study.

In August 2012, Yoo played Jade Emperor, King of Heaven in MBC historical drama Arang and the Magistrate with Lee Joon-gi and Shin Min-ah. This was followed up with the role of Kang Hyung-joon (Harry Borrsion), alongside Park Yoochun and Yoon Eun-hye as in MBC melodrama Missing You in October 2012.

Yoo enlisted for mandatory military service on 5 March 2013 at Chuncheon, Gangwon-do for five weeks of basic training followed by 21 months as an active-duty soldier. Though it had been reported in December 2012 that he planned to enlist at the conclusion of Missing You, his report to duty was not announced until after the fact. He had expressed that he wish to serve his duty as a regular soldier, not as an 'entertainment soldier' and is not planning on applying to the Defense Media Agency of the Ministry of National Defense.
