The 14-year-old actor told JJJ about his drumming days: “Charlie is the drummer. He’s definitely laid-back, outgoing and sticks up for his friends when they’re in trouble. In the script, Charlie has been playing for years and I haven’t.”
“My dad was actually a drummer and he would teach me a few things here and there,” Blake admitted. “But I definitely wasn’t an advanced drummer at all. But with Lemonade Mouth, and the songs in it, a drum teacher actually came into teach me a lot of the stuff. It’s been cool.” (Source)
